From the very beginning of the process of selling my unit and engaging Rocco I realised that I had engaged a true professional and that it was one of the best decisions that I made. Rocco outlined what they would provide and they lived up to all of those expectations plus more.
The campaign to sell my property with Rocco at R&W was over a 6 week period and all of the way through this process Rocco kept us completely informed after every open house and followed up with an email, with the numbers of the people that went through, what type of buyers they were. Rocco gave open and honest feedback, never glossing over any of the issues even when we didn’t want to hear certain information.
Rocco’s communication is a mark of his professionalism this combined with his knowledge of the market he was able to give us up-to-date realistic information about how the campaign was progressing. It was a stressful time as we had never been through an auction before but Rocco and the team put us at ease. We saw he did the same with the potential buyers as he welcomed them when they arrived.
